  • Bladder issues can affect anyone at any stage of their life. It can include:

    • Incontinence/ Leaking urine:

      • Do you leak when you cough, sneeze or exercise?

      • Do you leak on your way to the toilet?

      • Not realise that you have leaked?

    • Urgency, frequency & overactive bladder:

      • Struggling to make it to the bathroom?

      • Do you get an overwhelming urge to urinate?

      • Do you need to urinate too often?

      • Do you get odd triggers to urinate like drinking too much caffeine or alcohol, coming home from somewhere or leaving home, listening to running water?

    • Faecal incontinence: passing stool when you do not mean to or faecal soiling

    • Flatal/ Wind Incontinence: Accidentally passing wind

  • Pelvic pain describes a wide variety of conditions that can affect one or more of the areas listed below:

    There are many conditions that can cause this including:

    • Vulvodynia

  • Pelvic organ prolapse refers to a sensation of heaviness, dragging or a bulge at the vagina. This sensation may be caused by a weakening of some structures in your pelvis causing one or more of the organs (bladder, vagina & bowel) in your pelvis to drop.
